Training Cancellation Policy & Hotel Accommodations
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or edit your attendance for any trainings please go to www.TraneFloridaRegion.com. The No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee for business classes is $400 - $1,000 per person. In person technical classes No-Show/Late cancellation fee is $50 per person. Cancellations must be done no less than 5 business days of training/class date. Example: Boot Camp is $1,000 per attendee that does not show up or gives less than 5 business days’ notice of cancellation.
Hotel Accommodations
In order to encourage our Florida equipment dealers to join us for the sales training, we will credit your equipment account up to $125.00 per night, per attendee for hotel accommodations. This credit is only eligible for enrollees traveling over 50 miles for a Trane sales class that is not logistically being held in your area. Hotel invoice must be provided to one of our FL Administrators no later than 30 days from the final day of the class in order for your equipment account to be credited for your hotel stay.
