Training Cancellation Policy & Hotel Accommodations
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or edit your attendance for any trainings please go to www.TraneFloridaRegion.com. The No-Show/Late Cancellation fee for Business classes, is $400 - $1,000 per person. The No-Show/Late Cancellation fee for in-person Technical classes, is $50 per person. Cancellations must be done no less than 3 business days of all training/class dates.
Example: If the class starts at 8:00AM Tuesday, the cancellation window CLOSES at 8:00 AM on Thursday, of the prior week. Any cancellations submitted after this window will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Example: Boot Camp is $1,000 per attendee that does not show up or give notice within 3 business days’ or more, for cancellation.
Hotel Accommodations
In order to encourage our Florida equipment dealers to join us in our sales training, we will credit your equipment account up to $125.00 per night, per attendee for hotel accommodations. This credit is only eligible for enrollees traveling over 50 miles for a Trane Sales Business class that is not logistically being held in your area. Hotel invoices must be provided to your Account Manager no later than 30 days from the final day of the class, in order for your equipment account to be credited for your hotel stay.
